When New Zealand switched to digital TV broadcasting in 2013 many previous aerials became redundant. A lot of these are the larger aerials still seen on many houses today. Let us remove the no longer required rusty aerials and dishes from your sight.
Let us help organize these cables, from testing and removing redundant wires, to relocating or concealing ones still required. Sometimes we are able to relocate or reroute the cables into the wall or ceiling cavities, dependent on access. If they are unable to be concealed, removed or relocated we can unfasten them while painting or maintenance takes place and reattach when completed. Upon reattachment the cables can then be bundled and placed into a single conduit or trunking, and refasten with stainless-steel fittings and sealant to protect the penetrations.
We can identify which aerials are still required and which are redundant and remove what’s no longer needed. If needed a temporary aerial connection can be installed elsewhere until the roof is ready to have the required aerials mounted again.
Using cabling tidies and removing redundant equipment or/and cabling, we can sort it.
We can install the cabling into the wall. To improve streaming quality it is recommended to install fixed data cabling which could be installed at the same time (see internet services).
